My Real Estate Career-
-  Started formerly working in mortgage industry in 1998 for Greater Investments Corporation in Chicago, Illinois.
-  Studied to become a loan officer for about a year, until I was comfortable enough to get out and begin bringing in my own business.
-  Financed many homes while at Greater Investments Corp. and learned a lot about the business.
-  Joined City Federal Mortgage in 2003.
-  Helped City Federal Mortgage achieve and maintain its position as the third largest mortgage bank in Western Michigan.

My Education-
-  Graduated from Christian Fenger High School in 1990 in Chicago Illinois.
-  Graduated from Chicago State University in 1998 with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration.

-  Attended multiple mortgage lending seminars and have studied under Todd Wolffis and Gordon Dean, two of the top producers in the state of Michigan

who have helped me to develop and improve my financing techinques and marketing skills.
-  Have become an expert in the utilization of technology in mortgage financing and real estate, and can effectively use

technology to communicate, market, and sell.
-  Over the years I have been in the business, I have accumulated a small group of properties of my

own.  I would never sell something I didn’t believe in.

I believe that home ownership is one of the greatest blessings that exists today.  It’s not only great for our family and finances, it’s also a core piece of our great economy and Country.

My Personal Life

I was born and raised in the Windy City of Chicago, Illinois, I moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan to enjoy a slower pace of living and to also explore the real estate industry more intimately. I am also a father of two beautiful children. I come from a large family and enjoy relaxing, reading, playing sports, and cultural arts.

My family, friends, and clients are extremely important to me.  I consider myself to be a loyalist and am not a big fan of “fair weather” friends.  I won’t only be here for you today, I'll also be there when you need me in the future.

My spirituality is also very important to me.  I know everything I do good in life stems from it.  When your dealing with the largest transactions in people's lives, having strong ethics is obviously very essential.  I always strive to be totally honest and upfront with my clients.  My business comes with huge responsibility and I do not take this lightly.  Your best interest is always my main concern.

My Final Word-

I feel I can out–perform 95% of all the loan officers in the business.  I'm willing to put in the time and effort it takes to get the job done.  Mortgage financing is all I do.  I am constantly reeducating myself in the latest technology, laws, people skills, marketing tactics, and salesmanship so that I'm always one step ahead of my competition.

My goal is to do such an outstanding job for my clients and to make them so absolutely thrilled with my services that they will tell their friends, neighbors, and business associates all about me.  Clients for Life, is a motto for some… For me, it’s the way I do business.  I value your business today, but it’s your future business and referrals that mean the most to me. I want to be your mortgage banker for life!!!
